Questions

What’s free?
Looking up a registration, its MOT history, the mileage check, DVLA’s tax and MOT status where held, asking prices for similar cars and the adverts we’ve seen. Without an account you can look up 5 cars a day.
Does the £3.99 History include finance and write-off checks?
No. The History is the car’s older adverts from other sites. Finance, write-off, stolen and salvage auction checks are in the full report, £11.99, which includes the History and the Valuation too.
Where does the data come from?
MOT history from DVSA, tax status from DVLA, the valuation from Vehicle Data Global, and the finance, write-off, stolen, salvage auction, keeper and plate checks from Experian. Adverts are from the dealers we follow and other sites.
Is there a guarantee?
The checks that use Experian’s data come with Experian’s £10,000 Data Guarantee against that data. It’s Experian’s guarantee, on Experian’s terms: see our Terms.
I’m comparing a few cars. Is there a deal?
3 full reports cost £24.99, which works out at £8.33 each. Use them on any cars, whenever you like: they don’t run out.
Is there a subscription?
No. Reports are one payment each and never renew. See Pricing for everything side by side.
